Valid for room reservations

Used for: single bookings are booked DIRECTLY with the hotel
Cancellation can be made freely until 18.00 on the day of arrival, then invoiced according to confirmation.

Used for: reservations for stays or specific events are booked DIRECTLY with the hotel
Cancellation can be made freely up to 3 days before arrival, then invoiced according to confirmation.

Used for groups of at least 10 people and above
The entire group can be canceled no later than 30 days before arrival without charge.
50% of the final reservation can be made up to 21 days before arrival.
25% of the final reservation can be made up to 14 days before arrival.
Later than 14 days before arrival is calculated with 75%.
On the day of arrival, 100% is calculated according to §15 in the framework agreement between DRF and Horesta.

Security deposit
For group reservations, 50% can be charged 10 days before arrival.
